It is time to do IEP Annual reviews! Please sign up via email, or phone call, or note to school. February 8th and February 10th. We have times still available but they are going fast. Please keep in mind that we only have one hour to complete an IEP, we are going to send home Draft IEPS home for you to look at before hand.
We look forward to seeing you as we plan together for your students future.
The class was off to the 4 Seasons bowling alley this last Wednesday! There were some amazing scores, and fun was had by all. Parents you should think about your student participating in Special Olympics Bowling! Of course all sorts of ability levels represented, but in Special Olympics bowling that is expected.
The first semester finals schedule is out. Your child was given a copy of the schedule and should have brought it home.

Attention Parents:
We have had two students come down with flu like symptoms and have had to leave school. Please be aware of the flu season and do not send your child to school if he/she has a fever, diarrhea, coughing, sore throat, vomiting. We would like them symptom free for 24 hours.

Please turn in a picture of you when you were little, so it can be put with how you look now. They are due Feb. 1st, 2012. Make it a cute picture!
Hello Everyone!!
Thank you for attending our annual Christmas concert! We had a great time preparing for this awesome day! We would like to thank Mr. Lehman and Christine for helping us to be such great singers.
Sometimes technology can be good and sometimes bad. It was bad to us this time, and our video did not come out complete. The whole center section of our program is missing. If anyone has video taped the program, may I have a copy to use?

Dec. 20th – Fourth Annual Excel Life Skills Choir Christmas program. 10:00 in the Freeport Middle School Conference Room. Join us for holiday songs and cookies baked by our students. Please RSVP right away.
Liberty Village Visit Dec. 21 – We will be assisting residents decorate holiday cookies.
Dec. 21- Class snack and movie day during the last two periods of the day.
Community Trip – Peoples Choice Award for Christmas Tree Decorations. Bring money for the cafe if you want to purchase anything.
Early Release Dec. 8th – 10:45
Orders for Snowmen and Pretzel Knot blankets are still being taken.
December 20th is our 3rd Annual Christmas program presentedin the Freeport Middle School Conference Center and scheduled to begin 10:00 am. This years program features traditional songs for the seasonand a visit from a two special guests.
The cooking classes have been busy making cookies for you toenjoy. We need to know how many cookies to make so could you email the number of people you will be bringing to the program.

for my master course, could you please do so this weekend. I have
a limited amount of time to gather data.
The results from that data should lead to improvements in our
transition process in your students IEP.
